About Us

We are the Consular Association of Washington, a multifunctional organization created in 1997 to promote the importance of consular, economic, and cultural affairs in the State of Washington. We facilitate dialogue and collaboration between members, foreign governments and government entities, seeking diplomacy and friendship based on mutual interests to promote development and strengthen international relations for the benefit of the global community.

To be recognized as the main entity that promotes collaboration and diplomacy between the consular community, the authorities of the United States and other international organizations in the State of Washington, promoting the economic and cultural development of the region and strengthening international relations, international understanding and cooperation.

Facilitate and promote constructive dialogue and relationships among members, foreign government representatives, state and municipal officials, as well as other government agencies to address issues of mutual interest and strengthen diplomatic and cultural ties.
