Trip to Historic Goldendale

The mayor and city council has invited the Consular Association to visit Goldendale where we will be briefed on a $2 billion pump storage energy project in the area and review the other green energy projects going on. We will be treated to a wonderful lunch overlooking the Columbia River at the historic Maryhill Museum which was previously the mansion of the famous Sam Hill. In the evening we will be take a VIP tour of the one of the largest star gazing observatories in the world.
